Zoo Lights

One of Portland’s holiday attractions is Zoo Lights at the Oregon Zoo. In the 15+ years my family has lived in Portland, we have never gone to see this amazing spectacle of lights…until this year.

I pretty much forced my parents, sister, husband and kids to venture out on one of the rainiest, coldest nights in December to see this thing. It was cool…but totally not worth the wet and cold.

One thing’s for sure, though, it was an experience we won’t forget!
