Adelaide had THE BEST birthday!! Saturday happened to be her actual birthday AND her birthday party, so we had a full day of fun for our SIX year old!
As I mentioned previously, Adelaide wanted a Wonder Woman birthday party, so we did our best to make it happen!
We held the party at our neighborhood park, and had the most perfect weather imaginable! Sunny and 75!!! For Denver, in May, we were incredibly fortunate.

We had a wonderful turnout of parents and kids alike—it was great getting to see, and talk to everyone in such a casual setting.
The kids did what they do best—played!
Much to the delight of the parents, my sister and brother-in-law got the kids out on the field for a game of toilet tag. They ran, and ran, and ran until they couldn’t run anymore!
We had coffee and doughnuts for the parents, berries and a snack mix of pirates booty, gold fish and pretzels for the kids.
Everyone snacked and stayed hydrated until it was time for CUPCAKES!
The kids were kids—some ate only the cake, some ate only the frosting, and some (Adelaide) didn’t want to eat at all, and went straight back to playing. LOL!
According to Adelaide, she had THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! When I asked her what her favorite part was, she said, she really liked it when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her. Awe! ♥
Happy 6th Birthday sweet girl! You are most definitely a superhero in my book!
The labels from the super hero party (punch! snack! etc.) are custom artwork I created. I designed them, printed them on either printer paper or sticker paper, and then cut them out. I had the assistance of a cutting machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) but I think cutting by hand is absolutely doable.
