My life changed forever when I met my amazing friend, Nicole, and her gorgeous daughter, Emerson.
We met one dreary, grey, wet afternoon at Munchkin Playland. Our 18-month-old girls found each other through the crowd of wobbly toddlers and began playing together. They looked to be about the same age, and once Nicole and I started talking, we found out they were only two days apart! I took this as a sign that we were meant to be friends, and so we left the indoor park that day with phone numbers and email addresses full of promise.
That first chance meeting has blossomed into outings, activities, classes, birthday parties and (my favorite) play-dates. We have a wonderful, bi-monthly, play-date exchange that both Adelaide and I look forward to. Today was Adelaide’s turn to host Emerson.
These girls have so much fun together!
