The girls and I had the joy of checking out the Campbell farmer’s market last weekend!
We used to frequent the Farmer’s Market at OHSU in Portland almost every Tuesday! I loved getting to pick up my produce directly from Oregon farmers, and the price for organically grown produce was so much better than I could find at our local chain stores. Not to mention the quality!! I haven’t been to a farmers market down here in San Jose yet! Such a crime…
I heard about the Campbell Farmer’s Market from one of the moms in my mommy group, and it lived up to her review! Beautiful, HUGE, decent prices and an even better selection!
We got there early, at 9:30, and the market officially opened at 9. There were already a bunch of people there, but it wasn’t crowded. They had just about everything I could think of! We left with grapes, broccoli, spinach and sunflowers. Adelaide picked out the sunflowers.
Now that I know what’s available, I’m hoping to do much more of my grocery shopping there!
