Oh man, December was a crazy month! I was just looking through my posts and found this draft tucked away, never published! Better late than never! Enjoy!
We had Cadence’s first birthday party this weekend, Sunday December 9th!
It was originally scheduled for last weekend, but the only people who could make it had to drive two-hours, and last weekend had horrible stormy weather (seriously, a lot of rain and wind, and no one likes to drie in that!). So we rescheduled for this weekend!
This is the first time we’ve hosted a group at our new place and it worked out really well! We made tasty food, played with lots of toys and visited with good friends and family. It was everything I wanted out of a first birthday party! Oh, and Cadence had fun too 🙂
