It’s official! We said “BYE-BYE DIAPERS” this morning, and Cadence is now running around half naked as she and I work together to figure out this whole potty business. 😀
She’s ready. She’s been ready for a while, but the timing just hasn’t been right. I knew from training Adelaide that we really need a few days in a row of uninterrupted time together, and that time has been hard to come by. But now that Adelaide is in school, and I’m not on vacation, and Grandma and Grandpa’s visit is over (boo!), we’re finally ready to commit to potty training!
I’m desperately hoping that Cadence picks up potty training as quickly and easily as Adelaide did… I’ll keep you posted on our progress. Today (and tomorrow…and the day after that…) I’ll be holed up in our playroom, with a tarp and a million toys, waiting for my kid to pee or poo. Motherhood is so glamorous! haha!
