This week in art class, Adelaide colored a pumpkin face on a paper plate and painted a leaf with droppers of dye.
She really enjoyed all of the media options that went with the pumpkin plate—there were pastels and markers and glitter glue and paint pens, OH MY! This is why I only have one photo of that project—she kept requesting the supplies that were at the other end of the table! Oh well, the pumpkin turned out pretty cute, and is now hanging from the handle on the door to the garage.
The leaf project was fun for her too, and it forced her to really slow down and figure out how those droppers worked. She was enthralled with how the color spread out after she touched the dropper to her paper. It was fun seeing her amazement.
Here are the pics!
I'd love to hear what you think!
